Vegan Business Circle – Event Terms
1. Introduction
These Event Terms outline the key rules for participating in Vegan Business Circle events.
By registering for an event, you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
- Service Provider: Plant-Based Revolution Nonprofit Ltd.., operator of the Vegan Business Circle (VBC).
- VBC: Vegan Business Circle, a business networking and community platform for plant-based and purpose-driven businesses.
- Event: Any in-person or online event organized under the VBC brand, including but not limited to business breakfasts, dinners, networking sessions, and mastermind meetings.
- Member: A person or organization with an active VBC membership.
- Guest: A person participating in an Event without an active Membership.
- Participant: Any individual attending an Event, whether as a Member or Guest.
3. Scope
These Event Terms apply to all events organized by the Service Provider (hereinafter: “Events”).
4. Nature of Events
Events are considered separate services and are not automatically included in Membership.
5. Participation
Participation in Events may take place either as a Member or as a guest, subject to prior registration.
6. Registration and Contract
Registration for an Event and payment of the applicable fee establish a separate contractual relationship between the Service Provider and the participant.
7. Event Fees
Event fees are determined on a per-event basis and must be paid in advance.
8. Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration up to 72 hours prior to the start of the Event.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
9. Transfer of Participation
Participation may be transferred to another person with prior notice to the Service Provider.
10. No Right of Withdrawal
Events qualify as time-specific services; therefore, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
11. Conduct
Participants are required to behave in a professional manner and comply with all Event rules.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation if these rules are violated.
12. Media Usage
Photos and videos may be recorded during Events and used by the Service Provider for marketing and communication purposes.
13. Guest Participation
Guests may attend up to two (2) Events per calendar year.
Guest access may be limited at the discretion of the Service Provider.
14. No Automatic Membership
Participation in an Event does not grant Membership.
15. Changes and Cancellation of Events
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the date, location, program, or speakers of an Event.
If an Event is cancelled, the participation fee will be refunded or may be applied to a future Event, at the participant’s choice.
16. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any business relationships, agreements, or outcomes resulting from participation in the Events.
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
